Rules and info for public sessions

- All Children 12 & Under MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian 21 or older, and we recommend children 15 & under be accompanied by a parent/guardian. There is no charge for non-skating parents if they are with a paid child. Limit 2 free non-skating parents per child. All children 17 & under MUST have skates on the entire time.

- No in and out privileges during public sessions. Once you leave the building you must leave the premises. No loitering in the parking lot.

- No outside food or drinks or party decorations during public sessions unless you have reserved a party IN ADVANCE. No parties can be held in public areas. YOU MUST book and pay for a party in advance.

- No weapons , gum, alcohol, drugs, tobacco, vapes, laser pointers, whistles, confetti or glitter. No mace or chemicals, no silly string.

- If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, DO NOT enter the facility. if you or your clothing smell of marijuana, DO NOT enter the facility. NO smoking marijuana on the premises, including in your vehicle.

- Video cameras are in use in the building and outside. Theft and Vandalism will not be tolerated, and criminal charges will be pursued against intentional damages to our property or theft.

-Skaters only permitted on the skating floor. No walking or running on the skating floor. If you do not have skates on, you MUST stay on the sides and not on the main skating floor. All children 18 and older MUST be wearing skates the entire session. If they can not wear skates they MUST sit on the bench in the front of the building, No "hanging out" or running around without skates.

- No clothing with profanity, nudity, drug symbols or racial slurs. No bathing suits, short-shorts, sagging pants, bare midriff shirts, tube tops or shirts with the sides cut out. No shirts or pants with large holes between the shoulders and knees.

- No fast skating, chasing, tripping, hanging onto other skaters or playing "tag" or "trains". Skaters must maintain a safe distance from others and skate within their abilities. All skaters must follow directions of the floor guard.

- No bullying or antagonizing other patrons. No foul language or gestures.

- No food fights, No throwing liquid or objects onto the floor or at other patrons. Vandalism will not be tolerated and violators will be prosecuted.

- Any patrons not following Cavalier Skating Rink rules, directions from floor guards, or who are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the premises without refund and may be barred from returning. IF YOU ARE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ANY ALCOHOL OR DRUGS (YES, INCLUDING MARIJUANA), DO NOT COME IN THE BUILDING! If you smell of alcohol or marijuana, you will be asked to leave. If you are barred, this means barred from the premises at any time, not just during public sessions.

- You MAY bring your own skates, but they must be quad wheeled skates and clean and in good repair. If skates have been worn outside, they must be cleaned and inspected by an employee before being allowed on the floor. Please do not wear your skates from your vehicle to the building. Skates must be carried in the building. Stoppers are REQUIRED, and wheels must be plastic, polyurethane or wood. Roller blades ARE NO ALLOWED ON OUR FLOOR. Management reserves the right to refuse use of any skates deemed unsafe, or those that may potentially harm our floor.
